We use it to answer your message, schedule your appointment and send appointment reminders. We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop sending reminders. Call or email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
